About NEXT
In January 2018, NEXT Mortgage Events launched NEXT, the first mortgage industry event designed specifically for high-ranking senior women executives. In doing so, it broke the mortgage industry’s unspoken barriers that limit women’s access to competitive intel and networking-based information exchange.
In just three years, NEXT has hosted thousands of top-ranking executives — both female and male — at its on-site and virtual events. Since 2020, in response to the overwhelming demand from its growing community of senior executives, NEXT has expanded into a community-based information hub that includes not only in-person and virtual events, but also a daily news delivery source, news outlet, podcast, executive job board, webinar platform, private social network, and more.
Our Events
NEXT hosts its flagship event twice each year, in winter and in summer. NEXT’s sessions feature several lender executives, each of whom delivers experience-based intel on a topic relevant today’s top executives. Past topics include RESPA-compliant marketing, the ROI of company culture, avoiding the pitfalls of system implementations, and much, much more.
Attendee demographics
- NEXT boasts an über-high lender-to-vendor ratio of 10:6 — 10 lenders for every 6 vendors
- Industry average is roughly 1:10 — one lender for every 10 vendors
- 89-90% of NEXT’s lender attendees hold a title of VP or higher
- Roughly 20% of lender attendees are in the C-suite
- Lender attendees at other industry events include significant numbers of non-decision making middle management.
Each on-site NEXT event attracts a select group of decision-making executives and is limited to roughly 200 attendees, which fosters an open, welcoming environment for networking.
The typical attendee list includes: Mortgage industry CEOs, CIOs, CTOs, Chief Compliance Officers, Senior Vice Presidents and Department Heads.
