Central Texas-based Extraco Banks has chosen Black Knight’s Empower loan origination system and Surefire CRM to improve customer experience and create loyal customers.
Extraco Banks is using the Empower loan origination system (LOS) from Black Knight to support its mortgage workflows.
The LOS eliminates the need for the bank to maintain its own origination technology systems, pay recurring hosting costs, or deploy costly custom integrations. The LOS is part of Black Knight’s digital ecosystem, which provides access to a suite of end-to-end mortgage technology, data, and analytics solutions to help drive digital lending and operational savings.
Extraco will also have access to Surefire CRM and mortgage marketing engine. Surefire helps mortgage professionals win new business, drive repeat business, and earn referral business. The Surefire CRM engages borrowers with automated workflows and mortgage content tailored to individual loan milestones.
