Mortgage purchase lender Homestar Financial Corp. is implementing Surefire, Black Knight’s customer relationship management (CRM) solution and marketing engine.
HOMESTAR’s originators will have access to Black Knight’s tools to help thousands of mortgage professionals win new business, drive repeat business, and benefit from referral business.
The technology’s features include “set-it-and-forget-it” workflows and mortgage-specific content. These are designed to help originators maintain and deepen connections with borrowers.
The company will also use Surefire in outreach efforts with prospective employees and clients.
The company chose the technology for its “powerful automation and superior borrower outreach tools”, according to Black Knight.
