Iowa Bankers Mortgage Corporation has signed with Black Knight, the software, data and analytics company, to use its MSP loan servicing system, which supports end-to-end servicing from loan boarding to default for first mortgages, home equity loans and lines of credit, on a single system.
IBMC announced they will also implement additional Black Knight offerings including its next-gen Customer Service solution to provide more streamlined service to consumers; Servicing Digital, a cloud-native platform that offers customers self-service access to personalized home and mortgage information; its Default Suite of solutions including Loss Mitigation
to support loss mitigation processes and streamline the handling of nonperforming loans; and the Actionable Intelligence Platform for analytics, as well as its McDash industry reports for mortgage performance data.
Black Knight also announced a partnership with PenFed, the nation’s second-largest federal credit union to add Househappy’s self-service home care functionality to its mobile app. The capabilities will help PenFed’s more than 2.6 million members better manage the upkeep of their homes. PenFed currently leverages Black Knight’s servicing software.
