Monique Shuler has been promoted from senior consultant to director at BlackFin Group. In her new role, she will be responsible for leading multiple project teams, serving as a client project manager and coordinating with client leaders. Shuler has over 13 years of experience and previously held executive positions at Clayton Fixed Income Services, Statebridge and Specialized Loan Servicing.
