WHF Announces Support and Co-Branding of November Housing Event

NEXT Mortgage Events, creator of NEXT women’s executive mortgage summit, and Housing Finance Strategies, a Washington, DC advisory firm founded by Faith Schwartz, today announced that Women in Housing & Finance, the premier, nonpartisan association of women in housing and financial services, is supporting and co-branding #NEXTDC19 on November 19, 2019 at the Kimpton Hotel Monaco in Washington, DC.

WHF President Kris Kully said: “The opportunity to share a stage that evolved from the very ideals of the WHF mission is compelling and rewarding. I’m speaking of our former president Faith Schwartz and the NEXT organization that carries forward the very purpose of WHF. This event is surely one we encourage our members to attend.”

#NEXTDC19 is the first women’s executive summit that brings together Washington policy makers, fintech luminaries, and mortgage lending executives, for a dedicated, ongoing conversation on housing policy’s impact on mortgage lenders and fintech providers. The summit’s sessions will focus on current policy as well as housing issues that could be impacted by the 2020 election.

“WHF is a natural alignment for NEXT’s inaugural DC event featuring an intimate discussion of housing and financial services just as the nation turns its focus to the election season,” said Jeri Yoshida, co-founder of NEXT. “Having WHF join us is a testament to our vision for breaking the mold of women’s events. NEXT delivers intel that attendees can’t get elsewhere.”

“I’m so proud of the work we have done through WHF over the years and now seeing that effort expand into a partnership with NEXT is a tremendous leap forward. Combining forces at #NEXTDC19 enables a unique opportunity for the three entities to promote the highest quality connection and intel exchange for women executives in housing finance,” said Faith Schwartz, president of Housing Finance Strategies.
