Dana Dillard serves as Executive Vice President, Corporate Social Responsibility for Mr. Cooper Group. Dana joined Nationstar in 2013 and held various leadership roles, most recently serving as its Executive Vice President, Corporate Social Responsibility. She has more than 25 years of experience in the mortgage industry, with vast experience serving in different capacities across the industry. As EVP of Corporate Social Responsibility, Dana oversees industry and government relations, nonprofit engagement, community outreach and our newly launched Office of Diversity & Inclusion. Previously, Dana worked at GMAC RESCAP, where she managed the REO, Liquidations and Community Outreach teams during the peak of the housing crisis. Erika has been a senior executive in the mortgage industry for over 20 yeras. In 2006, she co-founded HighTechLending, bringing paperless loan processing and simultaneous automated underwriting to the loan  process to accelerate the closing process. Previously, she was an executive with Impac Mortgage.

She has more than 25 years’ experience in the mortgage industry, ranging from servicing, originations, compliance, private banking, operations, process improvement, technology & service delivery. Over the past 20 years, Kim has provided strategic oversight of mortgage operations with prominent industry organizations, including Sutherland Global Services, Morgan Stanley Home Loans, and the Royal Bank of Canada.

Kim’s overall career success can be attributed to her personal philosophy of developing strong relationships both professionally and personally.
