In the last 12 months, I’m most proud of:

The overall stability of the Global DMS infrastructure. With every department reporting to me, it gets challenging to keep up with all of them in a consistent and meaningful manner. To this end, we’ve instilled numerous inter-departmental processes that aid in our overall company efficiency while increasing internal communication. Another notable thing about this last year is that I completely reorganized the Global DMS sales organization. We have a new structure, new team members, and a new sales system in place. Of course, when you hire a new team, you’ve got to set them (and the company) up for success so creating and implementing an ongoing training program has been a fun challenge to keep up with.
