In the last 12 months, I’m most proud of:

 1). The pandemic remains a present and significant challenge to the way we live our lives and how we do business. I am exceptionally grateful and proud to be part of the Enact leadership team. We not only prioritized employee safety but incorporated “safety first” as the guiding principle behind our company goals and priorities early on in the pandemic. That enabled and empowered my team to transition seamlessly to remote project leadership delivering over 90 key programs, with over $3M in technology and process improvement for our business.

2). Harnessing the power of data and analytics to drive our business is integral to our mission and strategy. Over the past 12 months, I am most proud of leading a cross-functional, collaborative partnership of analytics leaders, IT experts, and project managers on a data modernization roadmap journey. My work was hyper-focused on enabling the teams to deliver a set of complex data and analytics proof of concepts utilizing leading data management technologies. Ultimately, our findings will influence both our multi-year implementation approach and technology investment choices in this critical strategic area.

3). Finding and enabling micro-innovations – small incremental changes that yield big results is a passion of mine. Over the last 12 months, my team has re-envisioned processes within departments across the business such as underwriting, and forbearance analytics. This entails laying out the current processes, identifying opportunities for improvement, and creating a proposal for future technology enablement and enhancement. Challenging ourselves to find greater efficiency and then seeing them yield the results has been personally exciting and rewarding.
